Resurfacing is an alternative to replacing home fixtures such as countertops, cabinets, bathtubs, and more. We work with your existing countertop right in place and there is no need to remove the sink. At the same time we eliminate unsightly seams and edges that are common with old-style laminate tops.
The biggest benefit to resurfacing is the low cost and quick turnaround time. Resurfacing can save up to 300% compared to installing a new solid surface countertop. For example, you could spend $1,500 to replace it, or in as little as four (4) hours and $199 we can professionally resurface your kitchen countertop.
Our resurfacing method does not produce a "painted" countertop finish. Our highly skilled technician will bond an acrylic poly urethane to the existing surface. We take steps to protect all areas that will not be resurfaced. We then prepare the countertop surface and apply an epoxy-type adhesive. Once that has set we apply the multi-colored material you have selected, which gives the rich look of a stone surface. Finally we apply several layers of a catalyzed polymer to leave an incredibly hard surface, capable of withstanding heat of up to 600 degrees.
