Each individual’s learning curve is unique and we craft our training program around that. Our training ranges anywhere from 3-6 months, or greater. Once released to complete work we continue to offer training and refresher courses with our lead trainers and technicians. Your success is our success and we will give you the tools and training needed to be comfortable servicing our customers up to company standards.
What is a commission or piece rate job?
A commission or piece rate based job is a job in which you are paid the same regardless of the time it takes to complete. Why is this a benefit? This form of compensation gives the employee ultimate control over the amount of time worked and how much is made. As long as you complete your scheduled work up to company standards, you have control over how long you work each day. Start early, end early!
We train our employees in the field, completing actual work, with technicians who are on the same compensation. This gives our trainees the most real world view of what is expected and the training needed to perform so that you can control your time and compensation when released on a commission based pay.
Am I required to do “sales?” NO! We have a team of in-house account managers who are working hard to secure work for our team. We have also created ongoing relationships in our industry which produces repeat customer purchases.
